Information for Members of the Press

Press Registration:

Members of the media may request press passes to cover the JVP National Membership Meeting. Press passes are limited and will be distributed on a case by case basis.

All members of the press who attend the JVP National Membership Meeting to report on the proceedings must follow JVP’s press policy, and must register by contacting our media coordinator Naomi Dann (media@jvp.org). If you are interested in arranging interviews with keynote speakers, please contact Naomi.

JVP NMM Press Policy:

JVP reserves the right to reserves the right to remove individual members of the press from the proceedings at the National Membership Meeting. Reporters must identify themselves as press when seeking public comments, must wear their press pass identification at all times, and may not attribute direct quotes without express permission.

The keynote plenary sessions are open to the media, and press is required to check in upon arrival for each plenary session. All other sessions, panels and workshops are closed to the press, and media will be asked to leave.
